Any personally identifiable information will be stored in accordance with good industry practice and privacy legislation in New Zealand, and will be used for the purposes of facilitating your use of the LMM website and services. Why do we collect your personal data and what do we use it for?

1. Creating and managing your account:

We use your name, e-mail address, and mobile number to create your Love My Money account. We use the e-mail you used to register your Love My Money account to help you reset your password and regain access to your account.

2. Use of Love My Money:

We use your personal information in the tools and calculators to provide outputs and information to you. We may use web measurement tools to tell us how people are using Love My Money. We will use information to improve the Love My Money website and user experience.

3. Communications to you:

We use your information to provide communications to the email address you used to create your account. These communications are about Love My Money, latest news, updates, and financial matters we believe are relevant and useful for you. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of each e-mail we send to you.

Sharing your personal data

Your personal information will only be accessible or provided to:

Data retention and deletion

You can choose to delete your Love My Money account at any time by going to your Account Settings and clicking "Close My Account". This will permanently delete the information you have provided to Love My Money together with your account.

Subscription Payments and Changes

Paid subscriptions are due in advance on the day you register for the subscription. For subscriptions that are payable on a monthly basis, payment is due on the same day of each following calendar month. You can change your subscription, or close your account, on the My Account page. Changes and closures take effect from the time they are actioned by us. You agree that we may at our discretion and at any time change, suspend or cancel your subscription or your account if you fail to comply with these terms or any applicable law.

Viridian Solutions Limited owns the content (including tools, calculators and information) on unless stated otherwise. Love My Money content, logos, trademarks, and look and feel may not be used without our written permission.

Reproducing material or links to the Love My Money website

All users are allowed to view and copy free materials from, for their own personal use. Members are also allowed to view and copy member-only material for their own personal use. Any other reproduction (including by electronic means) of, or any of our other publications, in whole or in part, is forbidden without our written permission.
